The breakfast was my least favorite thing. Sausage links were dry. No gravy or biscuits. The best thing about my visit was the clerk at the front desk, Robin. She was professional and very k8nd. Went above and beyond to ask my husband who was having problems with walking how sh3 could assist him. Recognized and spoke to us each and every time we came thru the lobby. Always had a smile for us, couldn’t have asked for better service.

Robin at the front desk rocks! We found a bed bug and took a picture and didn’t want a big deal just to be moved and Robin moved our rooms then upon check out they refunded my money. As someone who travels a lot for sports, the customer service was top notch! They asked were we ok and even paid for us to wash our blankets there. I will still be back to the location to stay even after this small issue.

I've been to this location multiple times and I have not once had a bad experience. My room was even upgraded as a complementary for staying there so many times. My children love staying here as well. This will always be our top hotel when we visit the Little Rock area.

Needed 3 rooms for family for Thanksgiving and they were able to accommodate all of us together on same floor. It was clean, had good beds, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect for us since it was close to my mother's assisted living facility.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t hear the people next door through the wall . The young gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we’d request towels.
