Comfort Inn & Suites North Little Rock McCain Mall

The property was pretty and well maintained. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear the other guests at all! Our room was pretty and spacious. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly.

Robin at the front desk rocks! We found a bed bug and took a picture and didn’t want a big deal just to be moved and Robin moved our rooms then upon check out they refunded my money. As someone who travels a lot for sports, the customer service was top notch! They asked were we ok and even paid for us to wash our blankets there. I will still be back to the location to stay even after this small issue.

Front desk gentleman was so helpful and friendly. - Wish I’d recall his name. Dark hair, warm skin tone. Very professional and accommodating.

The breakfast was my least favorite thing. Sausage links were dry. No gravy or biscuits. The best thing about my visit was the clerk at the front desk, Robin. She was professional and very k8nd. Went above and beyond to ask my husband who was having problems with walking how sh3 could assist him. Recognized and spoke to us each and every time we came thru the lobby. Always had a smile for us, couldn’t have asked for better service.
